Hard time to removed spyware

please help me to get rid of spyware i am not good at this computer it is my
first time and it is not good abut background too black it hurt of my vision
i tired to fix this laptop what i already brought new cd of wipe of spyware
and it keep going the same problem and backgound wont change and kept shut it
off every five min ...

could surelye remove your spyware.
