Hard Drive Issues

I,ve recently installed an 80GB hard drive as my slave
drive.The drive is visible in Disk Management and if I
boot up in Safe Mode the drive is seen in "My Computer"
but in normal mode I can't see the drive ("My Computer")
 
The drive has already been formatted (NTFS) and
partitioned.It has been set up as a basic drive .
