Hangs On re-login

I am on Win XP (sp2), fully patched.
I am at work on a newtwork.

I can sign on no problem, but If I hit Ctl-Alt-Del and
lock my computer and then hit Ctl-Alt-Del again
and type in my password, my computer goes to sleep
(Hangs) for exactly 60 seconds,
and then the task manager comes up again.

The network admin has not idea was is causing this.

Thanks In Advance,

It might be that your workstation is negociating security updates with the
network server. I had to go through that when I was connected to my
college's domain network.

that is not it,
as other people here at work do not have this problem.

I found out what it was

the service Tb2Launch was getting Stopped.
When I started this service the problem went away.

I don't know why, as this is the executable for
Timbuktu Pro that is on our machines here.
