My PC keeps on hnging intermittantly . I get an error 29
message with regards to my win32time file . Could this be
the cause of the intermittant hanging

Possibly but I doubt it. To fix the time error, open Date and Time
control panel, click on Internet Time tab and untick option to
'Auto Synchronise with an Internet Time Server'.
