hang up

when I start Windows mail it starts downloading messages then get to a
certain one and stops,Ive tried to reboot and it still stops at this
message.Ive also just left it alone for 6 hours still hung up.Any
help.Thanks.James.
 
There's probably a corrupt message on the server.
Log onto the webmail portal to your email account, and delete the messages
you keep getting, and delete the next one (which is probably bad).

If your email provider doesn't have a webmail site, try
http://www.mail2web.com/
