Looks like a virus was removed
but is still in your startup

you don't want it back
MSconfig and set it not to run on startup.

As others have said, this was like some malware / spyware / trojan /
virus .DLL file that got cleaned out and is now missing but try to
load at bootup. Go grab AutoRuns and find the offender and remove the
entry that is pointing to it and causing this error message to occur.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2

Could be, I ran some virus programs lately and when they find something I
remove it.
But how can I get rid of the message

You don't want it back. Since Google gets no hits on it, it's almost
certainly a random name generated by some piece of malware.

Did your anti-virus or anti-spyware program recently remove some
infection? If so, it's possible that this is just a left-over
reference to it.
