Hello,
From a colleague I received an Excelsheet to publish at our website.

In this Excelsheet I have disabled the Windows Options <Row & column headers>.
The Excelsheet I have simply saved as an <Excel Workbook>.

At the website I have placed a hyperlink "http://.../..../subscriptions.xls"

But when I open this file via the hyperlink on the website, the
Row-and-Column-Headers are still there.

WHAT DID I DO WRONG ?

you just disabled your local Options
you counld make a autorun macro
that disabled Options when then Workbook opening
