GUI Tool for Changing Passwords in AD.

I'd like to know if there is a GUI tool for changing the
user passwords in the Windows 2000 AD. In other words if
you have hundreds of users, and you are forced to change
all the passwords at once for all the user accounts, is
there a tool, other than command line tools that will run
in the GUI interface that will take your password list
and apply it the proper user?

Has any one used, seen, know about, or in the process of
developing such a tool??

There is a tool I use called AD Infinitum that allows you
to change user account properties including passwords.
