Guest user account

Hi,

The dial up connection in my Guest user account doesn't
seem to work. I am unable to connect to the internet or
check email using the guest account.
I have tried setting up a new connection etc but the
connect option does not seem to work.
Does anybody know why this is and how the problem can be
fixed ?

Is the dial up connection checked for all users to use this dialup account?
