Guest Configuration in Windows XP

I recently upgraded from Windows ME to XP Professional.
Everything works ok from my primary and "administrator"
configuration. However, when I open up as a Guest, I get
an error window - RTL - that says "unable to start
drivers for HPZipm12.exe (HPZipm12.exe).

The windows disappears after 10 clicks on "OK" or 10
clicks on the X box to close the error bar.

Once the error box disappears, everything seems to work
Ok except Internet Explorer. When I try to open Internet
Explorer from within teh Guest configuration, I get an
error notice and it shuts everything down.

How can I get the Guest configuratino to work properly?

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

It sounds like you have a Hewlett-Packard device connected to your computer.
It may require accompanying software to run when Windows starts. Try
installing the appropriate drivers for your HP device when using the Guest
account, otherwise, disconnect the device.
