I would like to have the most recent entry listed first - can this be
accomplished?

I want all the oldest entry at the bottom of the page.

Right click anywhere in the form and choose Form Properties
Click Options button
On File Results tag, clear the box labelled "Latest results at end"
Click OK, click OK
