Guest Account Vulnerabilities?

I am looking any preferably authoritative information that discusses
vulnerabilities, known or otherwise, about an active 'guest' account in
Vista.

My own google search could not find discussions.

In fact, I am hoping there is evidence that the 'guest' account is
hackable, since there is a claim that it was used to send email from a
notebook, and the email is considered to be in violation of some law.

It's always best to disable it. Did you have a strong password on it?
No password? If that's the case then ANYBODY could have used the guest
account.
