GTA Vice City XP Patch

I need a Windows XP patch to play GTA Vice City, I had one, but it does not work because it says my service packs are up to date or something like that.

Any Windows XP updates and Patches that you need
are available by clicking Tools / Windows Updates in
your Internet Explorer browser. For game patches try:
