GSNW conflict with BE 8.6

I having a conflict between Veritas Backup Exec 8.6 and
GSNW whereby my server takes app. 15minutes to logon if I
have bothe BE and GSNW services started. Setting either to
Manual causes the server to logon normally. What's the
relationship betwwen BE and GSNW?

I finally found a Veritas TID that covered this. It
directed me to change the loading orderof the services
through Regedt32 then all was fine.
