I have a user call johnsmith how do I get a print out of which gorups he is in?

Hi,

Go to the properties of John Smith in Active Directory and click on
the Groups Tab.

You could go to a command prompt and type gpresult... that'll give you a
listing of the security groups the user is a member of, and all the policies
that apply to him/her. You'll probably get more information than you wanted
though.
