Grouping in Access Reports

I have created a report whereby I have grouped my data on 3 categories
Segment,Total revenue and name. My report works fine against my query.
However when I introduce new data via changing the report control the
report ceases to group by name when total revenue gets to zero. I am using
all the exact same fields

Reports are based on tables/queries that have fields/columns.
Information/data is displayed in sections of the reports. Sorting and
grouping within a report is based on the sorting and grouping properties.

While this information might not help you, the amount of information you
provided for us isn't of much use without us making WAGs.

If you want some assistance, you will need to provide more info about your
records and desired display.
