It could also be a sid from a trusted domain. This could be a hint to check
your trusts and maybe your GCs.

This is probably a SID of a deleted group, as the system can not find a
coresponding group name for it in AD.
You could use LDP to search AD for object that coresponds to this SID if you
think, that this is not a deleted group.

I have set up folder redirection for various groups under group policy.I
don't see the name of the group just this:
s-1-5-21-1844237615-1202660629-839522115-1665
This is probably SID of the group.How can i determine which group is this?
