I have set up folder redirection for various groups under group policy.I don't see the name of the group just this:

s-1-5-21-1844237615-1202660629-839522115-1665

This is probably SID of the group. How can i determine which group is this?

This is probably a SID of a deleted group, as the system can not find a coresponding group name for it in AD.
You could use LDP to search AD for object that coresponds to this SID if you think, that this is not a deleted group.

It could also be a sid from a trusted domain. This could be a hint to check
your trusts and maybe your GCs.

sidtoname sidToResolve

You can get sidtoname at www.joeware.net on the free win32 tools page.

If it doesn't resolve it could be a deleted group or a group across a malfunctioning trust path.
