Group Scheduling Functions

I am wondering if there is any available addin for Outlook 2003 to allow for
group scheduling. We cannot turn on the "Automatically accept all meeting
request" feature. We would like to create one appointment and post it to
several calendars at the same time. Any help is appreciated.
