group policy software installations modifications tab

How come I can't add any modifications or mst files? The "add" button is
greyed out.
 
You can only apply transforms when you're creating the Software Assignment.
To apply new ones, you'll have to delete the assignment and recreate it.
This will remove and reinstall the package on all affected machines.
