Group Policy Settings Lost

We have some groups set up to allow techs to add workstations to the domain.
Acasionally these groups will lose the right to do this. It is an
intermitent rpoblam and has no consistancy to it what so ever. It seems to
be fixed if we remove the right from the group than re-add the rights to the
group. Has anyone else had the problem? Is there a fix?
