Group Policy in mixed environment

I have a mixture of NT Workstations, Win2k Pros, and XP
Pros in a 2000 domain. Quick question, if a user logs in
to NT Workstation and a GPO has been applied to that
user, will it work? Or it`s only effective when he logs
on Win2k or XP? I know most definetely Computer
Configuration settings won`t apply to NT machines in OU,
but what about users.

When a Windows 2000 domain user account logs into an NT4 member
workstation, the NT4 workstaiton does not process group policy. It does
not know how to process group policies. Settings specified in the user
account properties, such as logon script, will still run though.
