Group policies on standalone computer

Hi,

I would like to know to which users or group of users any
modifications under the "User Configuration" Category in
Group policy editor would apply

All users ( including admins ) ?
Everything Listed in "Restricted users" in local policies

Please help me !

In a stand alone environment, Group Policies apply to all users on the
machine, including Administrators. There is a work around for this.
