Group Permissions

Patrick

I am trying to find a tool that will tell me all of the
Directory and File permissions assigned to Security
Groups. I am aware of tools such as "xcacls" which you can
use at the directory level to determine which users and
groups have permission. However, I have way too many
directories for that to be an option.

I need something like (and I hate to say this in a
Microsoft forum, but...) what Netware has built in. You
can simply go to the properties of the user or group, go
to the "Rights to Files and Directories" tab and it shows
all permissions assigned specifically to that user or
group.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response, but unless I am missing
something, that only shows who has rights to that object.
In other words, say I go to the advanced permissions on
my "Accounting" group object. That seems to show who has
permissions for that "Accounting" group object. I need
just the opposite. I want to go to that "Accounting" group
object and see what directories it has rights to.

Thanks again
