group messaging useing Net Send command

Hai,
As i a part off a domain "xyz" , in a remote site i am hadiling . my
all computers connected to domain "xyz". My ip range is 172.168.10.1
to 172.168.10.254 . all ip are in use. I have allusers Lan ID too. Can
i use "net send" command from my windwos server to send messages to all
sysetm coned to my ip range ??
And i wolud like to know , what are switch for " net send "command ??

The syntax of this command is:
NET SEND
{name | * | /DOMAIN[:name] | /USERS} message
