Group mailing

I have 2 group mail lists--one works fine and the other will not-error
message says-notification is wrong???--checked with Tech Support from my ISP
at least 10 times and still no answers yet to resolve my problem--neighbor
has same group list using Windows XP with Outlook can operate it with no
problem at all??????????
