group Favorite_webpage and PDF together

Hi

I have MyFavorites in IE, including webpages, and PDFs, having
downloaded located in some directories. I'd like to group them
together, so that I can surf webpages and think about the context of
PDFs. Does somebody know how to do it?

I usually download the PDFs from some webpage and mkdir a subdirectory
to store them. I also include this webpage in MyFavorites.
I mean how do I group them together?
