Group Box doesn't work

Just tried to make a form in FP2002 and for some reason, the Group Box
option under Form is not highlighted and therefore not accessible.
I've used it in the past and I have no idea what I could have done
that would disable it.

Any ideas?

Under Tools, Page Options, Compatability, set all the drop-
down boxes to Custom and select all the check boxes.

Then, keep in mind that not all browsers can display group
boxes. If that's a problem, then used a one-celled table
with a border instead.
