Grid lines won't print

Even though I check the box "Print grid lines" they don't print. They don't
show in Print preview either. Thanks for any help on this.

Hi Bob,

Ensure that you have the correct driver installed for your printer. You
could try reinstalling it or access the printer manufacturer on the internet
and download the latest version for you operating system.

Hi,

To Print the gridlines, follow these steps:

1. Open the Workbook and click on the Wroksheet you wan to print.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Under Windows Option, select the Grdilnes check box.
4. On the File menu, click Print Preview.
5. Do one of the following:
Click the Setup button in the Print Preview page.
-or-
On the File menu, click Page Setup.
6. In the Page Setup dialog box, select the Gridlines under print. Clear the
Draft Quality check box.
7. Click OK
8. Do one of the following:
Click the Print button in the Print Preview page.
-or-
On the File menu, click Print.

Thank You challa prabhu. It was the "draft quality" box. I unchecked it.
Printed fine.
