Greyed Out

Hi

I have outlook 2003 standard edition with service pack 2 in my machine. i
want to enable the
option
"display a New Mial Desktop Alert" . But i couldn't as all options under
"when new items arrive in my inbox" under "advanced options" are greyed out.

any clue why it happened so?
please help me!!

Are you in a corporate environment? Apparently these settings have been set
by policy. Contact your system administrator to verify this.
