Graphs

I am having trouble creating a graph in Access 2000 in the reports section

I have my data in a query and when I run the report after creating it- the results always have qtr1,qtr2, qtr3 going vertically and north, south, east, west horizontally. These labels our no where to be found in my data source query. When designing the report the preview shows correctly but the end result is all messed up. The reporting process also transposes my numbers into other values

Has anyone ran into this? Any solutions

If I create the graph in a form the result is correct

Thanks for any ideas!

I start by creating the graph on a form and setting properties Locked: No
and Enabled: Yes. You can then open the form then double-click the graph to
load your real data. When satisfied with the look of the chart, paste it
back onto the report.

If you have trouble with transposing, check the Row Source property of your
chart control.
