Graphs in Excel

I have been creating graphs in excel using various data, the graphs that i have been using are bar graphs. i have two categories of data, one is actual and the other is budget. I would like to have the graphs as stacked bar graphs but excel will not allow me to have two stacked bars side by side (ie one actual and one budget), instead it stacks the actual and budget ontop of each other.

Is there anyway i can have a stacked bar graph with two stacked bars side by side (ie two stacked bars per month side by side)? I hope this makes sense as it is hard to explain.
