Publisher is not a graphics program per se... any graphics/imaging program
will work w/fp. Import your finished graphics into fp. I use IC, PSP,
Photoshop. Use whatever works for you.

Since 3rd party graphics programs run outside of
and independently from FrontPage, the answer
is the graphics editor of your choice.
Just make sure you save your images "outside"
of FrontPage and then import them into your
web and then insert them in pages.

What graphics program work the best with Front Page? I am currently using
I have used several programs with no problems- ranging from MS Paint up
through Photoshop. Publisher is really not a graphics program- it is more
of a 'paper' document producer. The graphics can be used but it would be
best to degrade them to graphic images.
- not completely up to date. My recommendation: Panint Shop Pro v.8 or
Photoshop Elements v.2. Ulead's Photo Impact is also excellent! You don't
need the full version of Photoshop ...
I use Photoshop Elements for all of my graphics editing. As others have
mentioned, Publisher isn't a graphic editing program. It's great at creating
newsletters, etc but it's not an all-purpose program.
