graphics in emails not showing!!

Hello,
I am having problem with my graphics showing in my outlook. I am using OL2K3
Beta 2. Any help? Once I get an email with graphics the graphic is not
showing.
 
Right click the InfoBar (at the top of the message). You can choose to
download pictures and configure your content blocking.
