Graphics in document

I have an envelope in a Word document. I'm trying to put my company logo,
name and address in the upper left corner. I'm inserting a text box and then
inserting the logo JPEG file by linking. It always comes into the text box
with most of the graphic hidden above the top edge of the text box. I can't
resize the graphic or move it around. I've always been frustrated trying to
insert graphics into a document, because I always have trouble with
positioning them exactly where I want them.

How should I be doing what I'm trying to do?

Why a textbox, Dan?
Why don't you just insert the image at the top-left of the envelope and
format it as Inline with text (double-click and go to the layout tab). Then
hit enter and type your company info.

Use an indent to get to the middle of the envelope for the addressee.
