Graphics Card --Bad Performance :(

Hey all.
My graps card is really performing whileplaying
games,even low end games like IGI..or NOLf2..IT LAGS !!!
But CS and Q3 run fine even at 1280 res without any
problem.. All my drivers r upto date.What cud be the
problem ?The card is clean of dust and all !

I have a ge4 ti4200 128 ddr 8x (MSI made) grap card.
My coms specs are
p4 2.4 Ghz ,Asus Mobo 4x.
512 DDr ram. 80 Gb hd drive .Creative 4.1
17 in mon.

What version of DirectX do you have? 8.1 or 9?
Try running 3DMark benchmarks to see perf figures.
Maybe something else in the background is running thats using up
performance?
