Images in emails can only be saved as bmp images ... even though they were sent as jpgs or gifs. I'm sure it's a toggle, but I can't find it! Any insights?
Clearing the Temporary Internet Files folder and deleting broken objects
often helps.
To delete broken objects;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab General-> button Settings-> button
View Objects-> delete all objects that are just numbers
Restart the computer
