Graphic does not open in designed signature in Outlook email

After designing a custom signature in Outlook, the inserted graphic does not
appear when inserting the signatue into a new message - I only get a red X

Create a word file with any text or pictures you like.
Using a Screen Capture Software, like snagit, capture you creation and save
it .
Now open Outlook and go to tools then Options
Now click on to Mail Format
click on Signature click on New

1.Give you signature a name
2. Select Start with a blank signature
Click on Next
click on Advanced Edit click on Yes

(this will open Word)
Click on insert, Picture, From File.
Click on the picture you saved in the Screen
Capture software. Click on Insert
This will put you back into Word
Click on Save Now close Word

Click on OK
Now click on the Signature name in Signature for new message

and ,or Signature for replies and forwards:
click on Apply and OK
