Which CPU? For a 1 GHz PIII or faster, a GF4TI4200 should be a good
choice. For something a bit slower, a GF3TI200, then a Radeon 9000/9200
(not SE), and for <400 MHz CPUs, a GF2MX should suffice in most cases.

whatever card you choose it will be restricted to 2x on agp.
I have a p2b as a backup system and have a ati xpert2000 32 meg.

2x ? Does that mean something about how fast I can transfer textures
or something from main memory ? Is this important ? Despite all the
endless hype I never seemed to see any real meaning to any of that AGP
speed stuff.

Pick up a used Geforce 3 it'll run fine on a 700mhz P2b.

If you've got a 1.4G tualatin or similar go for the Geforce4 Ti4200.

Don't spend a lot of money, the P2b is economically obsolete these
days. You can pick up a Athlon processor and a good motherboard for
nothing. Check this out.

without any problems. I had some throuble installing the software but thats
