graph plotted *on* ticks

I have an stupidly easy question to ask. I've

I'm trying to produce a simple line graph. Producing the graph is OK, but
I'd like the graph plotted *on* the x ticks. The graph I produce at the
moment are centered between two ticks.

I'm not doing a good job of explaining in words so heres a graphical
representation :

At the moment graph is produced like this:

I'd like it to be:

Can anyone help?
