Graph Help??

Tami

Hello - I am trying to chart the following and I would
like for someone to give me an example of how they might
put this in a graph. I am totally new to doing graphs
and wanted to see if someone could give me some tips on
how I would do this one.

Total Number of items shipped: 17
Total Number of items out for repair: 14
Items to deliver 1-5 days: 3
Items to deliver 6-14 days: 5
Items to deliver 15-30 days: 5
Items to deliver over 30 days: 1
Balance 14

Total Number of items to deliver after receipt of LC: 26
Items to deliver 1-5 days: 2
Items to deliver 6-14 days: 8
Items to deliver 15-30 days: 4
Items to deliver over 30 days: 12
Balance 26

Total Numer of items on order: 8
Items to deliver 1-5 days: 2
Items to deliver 6-14 days: 4
Items to deliver 15-30 days: 2
Items to deliver over 30 days: 0
Balance 8

Thanks!
Tami

You could set up your data in rows and columns:

Delivery LC On Order Out for repair Shipped
1-5 days 2 2 3
15-30 days 4 2 5
6-14 days 8 4 5
over 30 days 12 0 1
Shipped 17

Then, use the Chart Wizard to create a stacked column chart.
