grafic card problem

Hi i now buyed a Ati radeon X1650. I try to install but, after rebot, after
loading screen the monitor switch off... ??? but the Vista login.. (i
hear)... itry a lot of driver, but not work...
Please somebody help me...!!!
 
It could be that your display settings are set higher than your monitor will
support. Can you reboot in safe mode?
 
i try, but the settings low...

The settings will be low in safe mode (that's one of the things that makes
it "safe". :)

Try booting it into VGA mode then, and once you're booted up set the
resolution to something like 800x600 and 16-bit color. Keep bumping up the
resolution until you find one that doesn't work.

Can you verify that your monitor supports the resolution you were trying to
achieve?
 
hmm.. i not see vga mode, but i try, and see it again...
the monitor 19" amw i used it 1280*1024 32bit.
 
i find vga mode...(F8)

same...
