Grade Level of a Document

Is ther a way to take a document that is at the 11th grade level and reformat it to the 4th grade level?

Do you really think 'artificial intelligence' has reached that level of
sophistication? Most people can't do that -- it takes a skilled editor.
Further, I think it depends on the subject of the document; in some cases it
would be impossible to reach 4th grade level without completely losing the
sense of the topic.

For Word or any other general-purpose word processor, I think the answer
will be 'no' for some decades yet.
