Hiya guys got a quick question we have recently applied a
group policy to an OU but it now seems to intermittenly
lockout other users! any ideas

Can you elaborate? What policy settings have you enabled in the GPO? How are the users "locked out" intermittently?
 
A new account lockout policy was set in in one of the OUs
that isnt supported by my team and recently we have got
more calls from our users saying they come in and when
they 1st try to login their accounts are locked out
