GPRS PUSH

The APIs you need are only supported on PPC Phone Edition, not vanilla PPC
devices. In the SP/PPC 03 SDK check out the function called "WapOpen".
Sample code is also part of the SDK at:

\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce420\POCKET PC
2003\Samples\Win32\Cellcore\Wpd_sms
