GPRS modem to connect 2 PCs via Dial-Up.

Dear all,

Please direct me to the correct group if this groups is not the
correct group to post.

My superior has just instructed me to find a GPRS modem's software
which can let 2 computers connected via dial-up with GPRS modem.

Since i'm not familiar in this field, i am lost in where to start.

What devices do i need to have apart from 2 computers for that to work
as above?
How do i set up the network, i.e. step by step...?
What's the main purpose of the 2 computers connected via dial-up with
GPRS modem?
Any recommendations of GPRS modem's brand and software?

For some reasons, i can't get hold of my superior. Hence, this group
can help me i suppose. Thanks.
