GPOs and Start Menus

Using GPOs, is there a way to have a customised,
redirected start menu for the workstation login and
another cutomised redirected start menu for the users'
terminal services login?

Can you achieve this another way?

Any help appreciated.

The "Best Practices" for folder redirection is to redirect the start menu
path for each user.

Found the solution.
GP loopback support feature in replace mode does this.
To stop GPO user settings applying to a terminal server
login and be able to specify a different set of GPO
settings for terminal servers only, look at MS KB article
231287.
