GPO to change Registry key?

Hello,
Is it possible to create a GPO to change a registry key?
If so, How?
 
I am only aware of Registry Policies

Registry policies allow you to manage the security of existing keys. Not to
add keys or change values. You will have to write a script and use
something such as regedit /s to do what you are looking for.
