GPO Replication problem.

I have a group policy that must be too far behind and will not sync up it's
machine policy version. I want to force replication using one of my other
servers as the autoritive master but I can not remember the name of the tool
that allows me to do this. Would someone please help me out with the name of
this utility?

replmon (replication monitor) install the support tools and it is there.
