GPO password policy

Dear all when I enabled a passwprd policy with
coomplexity settings it all worked fine.
Now I turned it off but its still has the complexity
settings?
How do I fix this?

By "turn it off" did you set it to disabled or not defined?
I would disable it, not set it to not defined. Then of course there is
replication latency and group policy refresh latency which can take a few
minutes, so be patient
