gpedit

is it possible to grand a normal user access to gpedit??

Now i have "access is denied" when i try to open it with a normall user.

(i have a few tabletpc's and i want turnoff the gpedit if a user have a
touble with the tabletpc and if i must work on it. they connect with a vpn
then, but it's seems not possible to disable the gpedit remote from another
server...so now i've create a shortcut on a user's desktop to gpedit with a
password on)

right click on the shortcut and run as....
